Then I made lots of sketches in my graph notebook. Sunday night laying in bed and I thought. FABRIC! SO I pulled my stash of Heather Ross Far Far Away fat quarters and scraps. I have wanted to make something with them for me.

I make Beaded Things, Quilted Stuff, and Funky Fork creations. The logo and name comes from my late and much-missed pet Opus the Penguin Yarnell. Before he passed on in November 2005, Opus spent 14 and a half years sitting on the back of my chairs, walking on my keyboards, and strutting in front of my sewing machine needles. He was my inspiration, sounding board, and emotional support as only a cat can be.
